The County of San Diego Recorder's Office is committed to transparency to every citizen and is dedicated to producing accurate and reliable information to ensure the public is factually informed. To foster public trust and confidence, the Recorder's current year-to-date Instrument Totals Summary Report and Instrument Totals Summary Reports - ALL are made available to offer the public an opportunity to review and analyze the type and number of documents recorded with our office.

The Instrument Totals Summary Report includes the number of instruments recorded for some of the most common documents of interest to the housing industry. The report is used by agencies such as housing and community development for insight and analysis of the real estate climate and review and monitoring of possible economic indicators.

The report will be updated on a monthly basis.
