OBTAINING COPIES OF RECORDED DOCUMENTS

You may request copies of recorded real property documents online, in person, or by mail. The fees for copies of recorded documents are: $2.00 for each page and $1.00 to certify the document, if requested.

You may obtain copies of all recorded real property documents in person at any of our office locations. For Information on hours of business and directions to these offices, click Contact Us.

When requesting copies you must provide us with the following:

  1. The Document Number
  2. The Recording Year
  3. The Name of at least one of the parties named on the document
  4. The Type of Document
